Guidance on operational procedures, the theory of DAS and on how to conduct specific tasks on the Debt Arrangement Scheme Hub (DASH) are available for the main stakeholders that work with DAS.

Please note that any operational guidance provided does not itself have the force of law.  Interpretation of the law is a matter for the courts rather than that Scottish Government.
